1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by OhMyWebCare ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by OhMyWeb, a business registered in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Services Offered
OhMyWebCare provides professional WordPress services including, but not limited to:
- WordPress maintenance and care plans (ongoing subscription-based support)
- One-off WordPress fixes and troubleshooting
- Malware removal and security hardening
- Website speed and performance optimisation
- WordPress site migrations (host-to-host transfers)
- WooCommerce setup, customisation, and support
- White-label WordPress development for agencies
- Plugin and theme updates, compatibility testing, and backups
The specific scope of work for each engagement is defined by the selected service plan or one-off task description submitted via the customer portal.
3. Subscription Plans and Billing
Our care plans are offered on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term contracts or lock-in periods. All billing is processed securely through Razorpay, our payment gateway partner.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Pricing: Plan prices are displayed in your local currency (GBP, USD, AUD, CAD, or INR). All amounts are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking (where supported by Razorpay).
- Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your subscription may be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.
4. User Accounts and Responsibilities
When you create an account on OhMyWebCare, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or are used for unlawful purposes.
5. WordPress Credentials and Site Access
To perform maintenance and support work, you may need to provide us with WordPress admin credentials, hosting panel access, or other login details. We handle these credentials with the utmost care:
- Encryption: All credentials are stored using Supabase Vault with industry-standard encryption. They are never stored in plain text.
- Authorised use only: Credentials are used solely for the purpose of performing authorised work as requested by you through the customer portal.
- Access control: Only assigned team members working on your tasks can access your credentials. Access is revoked when work is complete.
- Your responsibility: We recommend changing your passwords after major work is completed and revoking access when you cancel your plan.
6. Intellectual Property
Your content: You retain full ownership of your website, its content, data, design, and any custom code that existed prior to our engagement. Any custom development work we perform specifically for your site becomes your property upon full payment.
Our tools and processes: OhMyWebCare retains ownership of our internal tools, methodologies, scripts, templates, and processes developed independently. This includes any reusable code snippets, automation workflows, or diagnostic tools used across multiple client engagements.
Third-party assets: We are not responsible for the licensing of third-party plugins, themes, or software on your WordPress site. You are responsible for maintaining valid licences for all third-party components.
7. Limitation of Liability
OhMyWebCare provides services on a best-efforts basis. While we strive to deliver the highest quality of WordPress support, we cannot guarantee:
- 100% uptime or uninterrupted website availability, as this depends on your hosting provider and third-party services
- Compatibility of all third-party plugins and themes after updates, as plugin developers may introduce breaking changes
- Complete immunity from security breaches, as new vulnerabilities are discovered regularly across the WordPress ecosystem
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OhMyWebCare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to OhMyWebCare in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
8. Service Level Agreements
Response times vary by plan and refer to the time between your support ticket submission and our first substantive response:

Response times are targets, not guarantees. During periods of unusually high demand, response times may be longer. Emergency issues (site down, active hack) are prioritised regardless of plan level.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for full details on cancellation procedures, refund eligibility, and timelines.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
