All services are delivered remotely over the internet. There are no physical products, physical deliveries, or shipping charges associated with any of our offerings.
How Services Are Delivered
Our team delivers all work remotely using the following methods:
- WordPress Admin Access — We access your WordPress dashboard securely using credentials you provide through our encrypted credential storage system.
- Customer Dashboard — Track the progress of all tasks, communicate with our team, and manage your websites through your secure OhMyWebCare dashboard at ohmywebcare.com/dashboard.
- Email Communication — You receive email notifications at every stage: when work begins, when we need information from you, and when the task is completed.
Service Activation & Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary by service type. All timelines begin from the point of payment confirmation:

Communication Channels
All service-related communication takes place through two primary channels:
- Dashboard Ticketing System — Create support tickets, send messages, attach files, and track status updates in real time through your dashboard.
- Email — Automated notifications are sent to your registered email address for ticket updates, status changes, and task completion.
Service Completion
When a task is completed, you will be notified via email and the ticket will be marked as Resolved in your dashboard. You can review the work, ask follow-up questions, or reopen the ticket if further adjustments are needed. Tasks remain accessible in your dashboard history for future reference.
No Physical Delivery or Shipping
OhMyWebCare is a digital services company. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products. There are no shipping charges, delivery fees, or handling costs associated with any of our services. All deliverables are provided electronically through your WordPress website and our customer dashboard.
